Coffee pod specialist Euro-Caps in the Netherlands was struggling to find an experienced partner to take its supplier evaluations to a higher level. Thanks to Qivero’s flexible intervention, QESH Manager Dave Dekker enjoyed complete peace of mind.
Euro-Caps is based in the Netherlands and specialises in the production and supply of private label pods for coffee machines. Since 2012, the company has been producing around 3 million pods a day that are compatible with Nespresso® coffee machines. With extensive expertise in both coffee and packaging, Euro-Caps has grown into an international player with customers in over 40 countries.
As QESH Manager, Dave Dekker is responsible for quality management, including supplier evaluations and validation processes. “Via our former QESH Manager we heard about Bart Bosch from Qivero,” Dave explains. “Bart’s extensive experience in quality management and hands-on mentality made all the difference.
